– art. 6 section 1 letter b) GDPR, i.e.: necessity to perform the contract to which you are a party or to take action at your request before concluding the contract;

– art. 6 section 1 letter c) GDPR, i.e.: fulfillment of legal obligations imposed on the Administrator;

– art. 6 section 1 letter f) GDPR, i.e.: implementation of the legally justified interest by the Administrator, consisting in pursuing claims related to the contract and determining the persons responsible for the implementation and authorized to contact as part of the performance of the contract;

– art. 9 section 2 letter h) GDPR, i.e.: data processing is necessary to fulfill the Administrator’s obligations related to occupational medicine.

Personal data, as a rule, will not be transferred to other entities, except for:

  1. entities authorized to process them on the basis of legal provisions, in particular public authorities;
  2. external entities that, based on appropriate contracts, process personal data entrusted by the Administrator.
