  2. We use cookies on our websites (Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
  3. When browsing the websites of the Website, „cookies” are used, i.e. small text information that is saved on the User’s end device in connection with the use of the Website. Their use is aimed at the correct operation of the websites of the Website.
  4. The „cookies” used by the Administrator are safe for the User’s devices. In particular, it is not possible to get viruses or other unwanted software or malware into Users’ devices this way. These files allow you to identify the software used by the User and customize the Website individually for each User. „Cookies” files usually contain the name of the domain they come from, the time they are stored on the device and the assigned value.
  5. The administrator uses three types of cookies:
    a) Session cookies: are stored on the Website User’s device and remain there until the end of the browser session. The saved information is then permanently deleted from the memory of the Website User’s device. The session cookies mechanism does not allow downloading any personal data or any confidential information from the Website User’s device.
    b) Persistent cookies: they are stored on the Website User’s device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending the session of a given browser or turning off the device does not delete them from the Website User’s device. The persistent cookies mechanism does not allow downloading any personal data or any confidential information from the Website User’s device.
    c) „Analytical” cookies enable better understanding of how the User interacts with the content of the Website and better organize its layout. „Analytical” cookies collect information about how the User uses the Website, the type of website from which the User was redirected, and the number of visits and the duration of the User’s visit to the Website. This information does not record specific personal data of the User, but is used to develop statistics on the use of the Website.
  6. Cookies may be used by advertising networks, in particular the Google network, to display advertisements tailored to the way the User uses the Website. For this purpose, information about the User’s navigation path or the time spent on a given website may be stored.
  7. In terms of information about the User’s preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the User can view and edit information resulting from „cookies” files using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/.
  8. We use the services of:
    a) Google Analytics, provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) for the purpose of analyzing traffic on the Website. Based on it, we obtain statistics showing how you and other users use the Website.
  9. In order to:
    a) blocking the collection of data by analytical tools of Google (Analytics, Optimize and others) and Facebook. The User may disable the acceptance of cookies and data from external websites in his browser settings, clear cookies in the web browser, use add-ons that block tools (e.g. https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/?hl=pl) or use the Website in the browser in the mode without saving information in cookies.
  10. The User may change the settings for cookies at any time, specifying the conditions for their storage and access to the User’s device via cookies. The User can change the settings referred to in the previous sentence using the web browser settings or via the service configuration. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of „cookies” in the web browser settings or to inform each time they are placed on the User’s device. Detailed information about the possibilities and methods of handling cookies is available in the software (web browser) settings.
